Job Description:

The Financial Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various financial tasks and administrative functions. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records and reports
  • Coordinate accounts payable and receivable activities
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Support the finance team with various administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and equipment related to financial operations
  • Perform various administrative duties including but not limited to maintaining business licenses and filings, E&O insurance, license renewals for employee Associate Agents, ordering supplies, etc.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • EXPERT in Excel
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial or bookkeeper role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
