Job Title: Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Account Representative
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Account Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing client relationships, providing insurance solutions, and supporting day-to-day account operations within our agency. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal and/or commercial P&C insurance clients
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to policy inquiries, processing changes, and resolving client concerns promptly and professionally
Advise clients on appropriate coverage options, policy details, and risk management strategies
Quote new policies and assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Work closely with insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes and ensure timely processing of applications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system
Cross-sell additional insurance products where appropriate to meet client needs and maximize account value
Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations as well as company policies
Support producers and agency leadership with account management tasks as needed
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage setting preferred
Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
