Job Description

Job Title: Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Account Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Account Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing client relationships, providing insurance solutions, and supporting day-to-day account operations within our agency. If you are licensed in Property & Casualty insurance and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal and/or commercial P&C insurance clients

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to policy inquiries, processing changes, and resolving client concerns promptly and professionally

  • Advise clients on appropriate coverage options, policy details, and risk management strategies

  • Quote new policies and assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations

  • Work closely with insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes and ensure timely processing of applications

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system

  • Cross-sell additional insurance products where appropriate to meet client needs and maximize account value

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations as well as company policies

  • Support producers and agency leadership with account management tasks as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)

  • Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage setting preferred

  • Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient with agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
