- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation, preferably in a public accounting firm
- Proficiency in using tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) to prepare and review tax returns
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including deductions, credits, and taxable income calculations
- Excellent technical accounting skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry during tax preparation
