Timekeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented Timekeeper to accurately track and record employee work hours. The ideal candidate will ensure proper timekeeping procedures are followed and assist with payroll preparation.
Monitor and record employee clock-in/out times
Verify attendance, absences, and overtime hours
Maintain accurate timekeeping records for payroll processing
Resolve timecard discrepancies with employees or supervisors
Ensure compliance with company timekeeping policies and labor laws
Previous experience in a timekeeping or administrative role preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with timekeeping or payroll software is a plus
Good communication and organizational skills
