Local construction company searching for experienced accounts payable/payroll specialist! This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay and great benefits. This position offers a flexible work schedule. Employee may choose between 7am to 4pm, 7:30 to 4:30pm, or 8am to 5pm. Once hired on permanently with the company, they do pay 75% of employee only health insurance and employee would earn 1 week PTO after a year.
The company is look for someone with a minimum of 2 years accounts payable or payroll experience. This position also requires experience with QuickBooks and Excel. Candidates must be detail oriented with great communication skills.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
-Processing 75-100 invoices weekly
-Managing records
-Data entry
-Payroll
-Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements
-Must have at least 2 years' experience in accounts payable and/or payroll
- Must be experienced with QuickBooks and Excel
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
