Responsibilities:

• The CNC Operator is responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.
• Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gaging equipment.
• Make offsets and adjustments as required.
• Investigate and efficiently assist with diagnosis and resolution of equipment and quality problems, production delays or stoppages.
• Set up and operate multiple CC and manual machining equipment and workstations.
• Complete documentation as required or requested.
• Duties are performed under limited supervision.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol.
• Make sure that schedules are being run exactly as they are listed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in production area.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MUST have 3 years of experience in CNC operating with sheet metal fabrication.
• Big Plus if you have experience in CNC laser cutter and press break.
• Interpret technical data accurately.
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints.
  Basic math skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of basic mechanics.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• High school degree or equivalent.
