We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
Greet customers and assist them in selecting furniture and home décor items.
Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and availability.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product inventory.
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Retail showroom environment with extended periods of standing or walking.
Some physical work, such as moving furniture or assisting with displays.
High school diploma or equivalent; furniture sales experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and computer skills; experience with POS systems a plus.
A friendly, professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
Ability to lift or move light to moderately heavy furniture as needed.
