Accurately enter customer orders, inventory data, and supplier information into internal systems
Update menu items, pricing, and ingredients as needed
Maintain digital and physical records of deliveries, purchases, and food safety logs
Assist in tracking inventory levels and generating reports
Coordinate with kitchen staff, managers, and suppliers to ensure accurate data collection
Perform regular audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Support general administrative tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in data entry, office admin, or food industry preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Familiarity with food inventory or point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
