Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting both administrative tasks and client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Support other departments with accounts payables.
  • Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create documents, spreadsheets, send emails.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing client needs and inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to a positive work environment.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Previous experience as an administrative support receptionist or in a similar clerical role is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including experience Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent telephone etiquette 

 

  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
  • Quickbooks: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative support: 1 year (Required)
