Job Description

Job responsibilities

  • Maintain database and conduct physical inventory of customer owned raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain customer inventory (raw material) in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Comply with customer storage requirements and participate in call rotation when required. 
  • Track customer returns from the time of receipt to the time of completion.
  • Communicate with customers, third parties, engineering teams, and quality control regarding returns and load outs of customer inventory.
  • Maintain the CIS building by communicating with contractors on maintenance, repairs, and necessary certifications and inspections.
  • Maintain and improve company housekeeping guidelines. 
  • Create documentation for work instructions, SOP, customer reports, and templates applicable to the department.
  • Effectively communicate and assign task to CIS crews to fulfill customer needs.
  • Perform load outs of customer inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned.
