Local oil and gas company now hiring for a customer service rep!
Duties included but not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls/emails and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, switchboard experience a plus.
