We are looking for a well-versed customer service professional to join our team! You will provide exceptional customer service to our business clients via email/phone. This position is heavily focused on data entry (entering purchase orders, assisting service agencies and customers with parts and inventory questions, assisting dealers and reps with updates on shipment history and tracking and inventory statuses).
