The Finisher plays a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are ready for distribution. Duties

• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
• Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, painting, or polishing to enhance product appearance.
• Operate finishing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Report any defects or issues with products to supervisors promptly.

Shift & pay:

• 8am-5pm M-F
• Weekly Pay
• $16/hour

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to operate hand tools and finishing equipment effectively.
• Basic understanding of materials used in the finishing process (e.g., wood, metal, plastics).
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or finishing role is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre employment drug screening
