Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**
 
- Groom a variety of dog breeds, including at least two large breeds per day.
- Provide grooming services including bathing, hair cutting, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other grooming tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming station.
- Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments.
- Check in and check out dogs for appointments, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners about their grooming needs and any observed health issues.
- Maintain grooming equipment (equipment maintenance costs covered by the company).
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a hygienic work environment.

Job Requirements

**Requirements:**
 
- Minimum of 2 years of professional dog grooming experience.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with one Saturday a month.
- Ability to work one early morning shift at 7:00 AM and one late shift at 5:30 PM weekly.
- Must provide own shears and clippers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
