Human Resource – Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR functions and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Process employee payroll and maintain payroll records
Assist with onboarding, benefits, and personnel file management
Respond to employee inquiries about HR and payroll issues
Support compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Experience in payroll and/or human resources
Familiarity with payroll software and HR systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and discretion
- Must have previous HR & Payroll experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
-Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft and Quickbooks.
