We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain floor care through buffing and polishing as necessary.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
• Conduct custodial duties in both industrial and commercial settings.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.

• Experience in custodial or janitorial roles, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures, including buffing and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in residential painting is an advantage but not required.
• Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen
• Must have a valid drivers license
