Job Description – Leadman (Wire Machine Shop):


The Leadman oversees daily operations in a wire-focused machine shop, coordinating tasks, guiding shop laborers, and ensuring production goals and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring quality, assisting with machine setup, and reporting to supervisors. Strong leadership, technical skills, and wire handling experience are required.

Job Requirements

Employees must be able to pass pre-employment requirements and have reliable transportation.

Employees having forklift experience is a plus.

Bilingual is a plus.
