We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team. In this role, you will help operate machinery, package material, and prepare pallets for delivery. This is a hands-on role and requires physical stamina and attention to detail. This is a 12 hour shift, rotating schedule.
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Package boxes into crates or onto pallets
Monitor machinery and report issues or malfunctions
Keep the production area clean and organized
Load and stack pallets for shipping
Follow safety rules and wear appropriate PPE (gloves, boots, etc.)
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Able to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous warehouse or production experience
Forklift experience or certification
