Job Title: Production Worker

Summary:
The Production Worker is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by performing a variety of tasks to assemble, package, inspect, and prepare products for shipment. This role ensures production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high-quality standards while working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company guidelines.

• Assemble, package, or label products according to production specifications.

• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following safety procedures at all times.

• Load and unload materials, parts, or finished products.

• Monitor production processes and make minor adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency.

• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.

• Assist team members and supervisors in meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment a plus, but not required.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Basic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 20 pounds regularly.

• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching.

• Ability to work in varying temperatures or environments depending on production area.

Schedule:

• Rotating 12-hour shifts.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
