We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse facility, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained, clean, and fully operational. You will play a key role in supporting safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs of warehouse floors, walls, doors, lighting, and fixtures.
Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, HVAC units, and refrigeration systems (if applicable).
Monitor and maintain safety equipment including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency exits.
Identify and report maintenance needs, hazards, or safety violations to supervisors.
Ensure all work areas, restrooms, and common areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist with pest control measures and sanitation protocols, particularly in food-safe environments.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment service, and supply inventories.
Support inventory control by organizing tools, equipment, and maintenance stockrooms.
Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout protocols.
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, or warehouse work preferred.
Ability to operate tools and equipment safely (e.g., power tools, ladders, floor scrubbers).
Basic mechanical, electrical, or plumbing knowledge is a plus.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and climb ladders.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
