We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position involves performing a variety of physical tasks to support warehouse operations, facility upkeep, or production needs. The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-conscious, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities to keep the work environment running smoothly.
Load and unload materials, products, or equipment by hand or with forklifts/pallet jacks.
Assist with warehouse organization, inventory movement, and product stacking.
Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues.
Support production or packaging lines as needed.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling, wrapping, or palletizing.
Perform light maintenance or repair tasks under supervision.
Help with setup or breakdown of work areas and equipment.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or construction is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, cold/hot).
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to be trained).
