Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems accurately and efficiently, as well as providing general administrative support to other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain and support digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Comfortable with online research with various digital platforms to collect correct information.
  • Perform competitive research and update documentation
  • Checks and coordinates updates across internal and external-facing digital, database and document consistency
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and support meetings, events, and travel itineraries as needed.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Dependable in performing routine tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exhibit curiosity with a willingness to learn and adapt to new objectives.
  • Provide collaboration and support with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.

Working Conditions:

• In office position, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

• Occasional lifting of light office supplies or documents may be required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in a data entry or administrative support role.

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Marketing experience a plus!
