We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy office team in the Houma area. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting or office experience who enjoys staying organized and working with numbers.
Responsibilities Include:
• Processing accounts payable transactions
• Managing and tracking prepaid employee company credit cards
• Reconciling receipts and expenses
• Assisting with invoice entry and payment records
• Maintaining accurate financial documentation
• Supporting general office/accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:
