We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk for a temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent.
Position Details:
Duration: Temporary (4 weeks) with opportunity for permanent placement
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Proficiency in Oracle and/or QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Process and post customer payments
Maintain accurate AR records
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist with billing and collections as needed
Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers
