A well-established and reputable manufacturing company in the Schriever area is seeking a dependable and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with office experience who is ready to grow into an accounting role—training in Accounts Receivable will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
• Process customer payments and maintain account records
• Assist with invoicing and collections follow-up
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial and customer documentation
• Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal staff
