Job Title: Cherry Picker – Warehouse/Production
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING TO BE CONSIDERED.
Summary:
The Cherry Picker (forklift operator) is responsible for retrieving, organizing, and transporting materials or products within the warehouse or production facility. This role ensures orders are accurately picked and delivered to the correct locations in a safe and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a cherry picker (order picker) safely to retrieve materials or products from shelves or storage areas.
Accurately pick orders according to production or shipping specifications.
Load, unload, and stage materials as needed for production or shipment.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
Assist team members with additional warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience operating a cherry picker required.
Ability to operate a cherry picker safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds regularly.
Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and climbing.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday – Thursday
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM $16.00/hour- weekly pay!
Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM $18.40/hour- weekly pay!
Overtime as needed
