Sales & Customer Relations
Manage and grow relationships with existing seafood customers, distributors, and restaurant accounts.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and follow up on deliveries or customer feedback.
Identify and reach out to new potential customers in retail, restaurant, and wholesale markets.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales tracking systems.
Marketing & Promotion
Develop and distribute marketing materials such as product sheets, price lists, and promotions.
Manage social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns to highlight fresh catches, seasonal offerings, and company news.
Assist in creating content for the company’s website, newsletters, and trade publications.
Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics to ensure timely product availability and marketing alignment.
Support participation in seafood expos, festivals, and community events to build brand awareness.
Administrative & Reporting
Track sales performance, customer trends, and market feedback.
Prepare weekly or monthly reports on sales activity and marketing results.
Collaborate with management on pricing strategies, product promotions, and customer retention efforts.
