We are expanding our team and seeking qualified candidates for two sales positions within our electric motor repair division: Inside Sales Representative and Outside Sales Representative. These roles support our ongoing growth and commitment to serving industrial and electrical customers with high-quality products and repair services.

Inside Sales Representative

Full-Time | On-Site

Overview:
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support day-to-day sales operations within our electric motor repair division. This role will handle quotes, order entry, customer communication, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate has industrial sales experience and working knowledge of electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and product support to clients
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and process sales through QuickBooks
• Assist customers with pricing, availability, and product recommendations
• Coordinate with the shop/technicians regarding job status and timelines
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on open inquiries
• Support outside sales staff with customer needs and documentation

Qualifications:

• QuickBooks experience required
• Industrial or manufacturing sales experience preferred
• Basic electrical knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Outside Sales Representative

Full-Time | Field-Based | Travel Required

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand and support our customer base within the industrial electrical and electric motor repair markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships, promoting electric motor sales and repair services, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven sales background and solid understanding of industrial electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business within industrial, manufacturing, and electrical sectors
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
• Promote electric motor sales, repair services, and related industrial products
• Conduct on-site customer visits, facility walk-throughs, and equipment assessments
• Prepare and present sales proposals; collaborate with inside sales for quoting accuracy
• Maintain weekly activity reports and meet assigned sales goals
• Represent the company professionally in the field

Required Qualifications:

• Proven sales background required (industrial or technical sales preferred)
• Industrial electrical knowledge required
• Experience selling electric motors, industrial equipment, or repair services is a plus
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be willing and able to travel regularly to customer sites and industrial facilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
