Production Plant Associate (General Laborer / Tub Wash)

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

*Please note shifts can change depending on scheduling*

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Plant Associates to join our team. This position includes general labor and tub wash responsibilities within a fast-paced plant environment. Ideal candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in varying temperature conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor duties to support plant operations

  • Wash, clean, and sanitize tubs and production equipment

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

  • Assist team members and supervisors as needed

  • Meet daily production and quality standards

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions

  • Comfortable working in environments with extreme temperature changes (hot and cold conditions)

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (but not required)

  • Strong work ethic and attendance record

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must be able to work assigned shift consistently

  • Have reliable transportation
