We are currently seeking General Laborers to join our team! This position plays a key role in preparing products for finishing by grinding welds and assisting on the paint line to ensure products meet required specifications. No prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Grind and smooth welds to meet quality standards.
Assist on the paint line to ensure products are properly finished.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.
Work Environment:
Non-climate-controlled, outdoor environment.
Fast-paced production setting with a focus on safety and quality.
Qualifications:
No experience required; training provided.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team.
Shift & Pay:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Some Saturdays as needed, depending on workload
$13.00 per hour
