Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of employment labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage various HR functions, including compliance with FMLA, OSHA regulations, and data collection. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with senior leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement.

Duties

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
  • Utilize HR systems such as Dayforce, Oracle, and UltiPro for data management and reporting.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on HR policies, labor laws, and workplace safety.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for talent management and employee development.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve overall workforce effectiveness.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a human resources role with a focus on employee relations and labor law compliance.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems such as Dayforce, Oracle, or UltiPro is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and other employment laws.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting purposes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams or projects.
