Location: Flowood, MS
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Flowood, MS. This position will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, assisting with shipping and receiving operations, scanning products, and operating forklifts throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Operate forklifts to move materials and products throughout the warehouse
Assist with shipping and receiving duties
Scan and track incoming and outgoing products using warehouse scanners
Organize inventory and maintain accurate product placement
Prepare shipments and assist with order fulfillment as needed
Inspect shipments for damages and report discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience is required
Valid driver’s license required
Experience with shipping and receiving processes preferred
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
Basic computer or scanner experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
