Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain necessary signatures
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures during deliveries
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, customers, and management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse and/or delivery driving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Exposure to varying temperatures in warehouse and outdoor conditions
• Driving for extended periods as needed
