Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Floater to join our team at a manufacturing plant that produces road signs. This position will work in multiple areas of the production floor and assist wherever needed throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is flexible, willing to learn different tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities
Load metal sheets and other materials into production equipment
Assist with stamping and producing road signs
Work on the press line to support production operations
Hold and position sheet metal for machines during processing
Assist in the powder coating, packing, and finishing departments
Help move raw materials and completed products through the production area
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in multiple departments as needed
Ability to lift, move, and handle sheet metal and other materials
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks
Strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn different parts of the production process
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
