We are seeking a highly organized Property and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining company property and equipment, including vehicles, uniforms, technology, and related supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent recordkeeping skills, and prior experience in inventory or property management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all property and equipment
• Oversee setup and management of the Inventory Module in Munis (Tyler Technologies)
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and check-ins on assigned property
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for vehicles and equipment
• Document assignments, transfers, disposals, and replacements
• Develop and maintain procedures for property and inventory control
• Collaborate with finance and purchasing teams to ensure accurate asset tracking
• Provide inventory reports and updates to management
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in property, logistics, or inventory management required
• Experience with Munis (Tyler Technologies) software is a plus
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and with multiple teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and travel locally for inspections
