Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Structural Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and assembling structural steel components for various construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, can read and interpret blueprints, and is committed to producing high-quality, safe work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural welding on steel components and assemblies

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications

• Use appropriate welding techniques based on project requirements

• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and grinders safely and efficiently

• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

• Work in a variety of environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoors

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Proven experience as a structural welder or similar role

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Strong understanding of welding safety and industry standards

• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions

• Welding certifications (preferred but not required)
