Job Description

Temporary Receptionist

We are seeking a temporary receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing office calendars
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

 

This position is state to last until Mid January 

Schedule is 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

1 hour lunch Break

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
